Emkay Investment Managers Limited, the asset management arm of Emkay Global, has announced key elevations to strengthen its leadership team effective June 24, 2024. 

Manish Sonthalia has been appointed as the Whole-Time Director and Chief Investment Officer of Emkay Investment Managers Limited. Sonthalia, serving as the CIO from September 2023, brings over three decades of extensive experience in equity fund management and research within the Indian markets. 

Joining Sonthalia in this new phase, is Sachin Shah, appointed as the Whole-Time Director designated as the Executive Director & Fund Manager. Shah has been with Emkay since November 2011. With over two decades of experience in Indian equity markets, Shah has been instrumental in developing E-Qual Risk, a proprietary module at Emkay Investment Managers that rigorously evaluates and compares listed companies based on governance aspects. 

Emkay Investment Managers' offerings include Capital Builder Strategy, New Vitalised India Strategy, India's Golden Decade of Growth Strategy, GEMS, Emerging Stars Fund and Pearls.
