Mr. Arindam Mandal is the Fund Manager of Marcellus GCP Fund. Prior to joining Marcellus, Arindam spent nearly a decade in the United States working for Principal Global Investors (PGI). He started as a Quantitative Analyst and then transitioned to fundamental research, serving as the sector analyst for US Industrials and Utilities. Arindam oversaw India public equity investments across the equity strategies and established himself in the firm as an expert in the Indian market. Prior to that, Arindam worked as a Lead Software Engineer for Oracle Corporation’s product development team. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree (First Class with Distinction) from NIT Warangal. Prior to SA, Karthik led the India business of Clearwater Capital Partners, a pan Asian special situations fund since 2007 and oversaw over a billion dollars of investment in India across secured lending, offshore private credit, deep restructurings, private equity and real estate investing. He was instrumental in the set up and build out of Clearwater’s high yield Assets-backed lending NBFC platform that built close to USD 400 million balance sheet profitably. Prior to Clearwater, Karthik was a founder employee and a Director of Investment Banking at YES Bank. He worked as a Director in the Investment Banking business of Rabo India Finance, a subsidiary of Rabobank Netherlands. Prior to this, Karthik worked in the Corporate Finance group of Arthur Andersen and with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their assurance & transaction advisory business./p>

Ms. Lakshmi Iyer is the CEO - Investment & Strategy at Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited (Formerly known as Kotak Investment Advisors Limited). She has been with the Kotak Group for over 22 years. As part of KAAML, she is responsible for investment advisory, product solutions spanning across fixed income, equities, real estate and alternates. In KMAMC she was CIO Fixed Income & Head – Products. In this role, she was responsible for credit research, deal execution, managing fund performance across all debt funds, and assisting sales in client interaction. In addition to that, she has been a portfolio specialist and managed product related initiatives such as product pricing and coordination with the funds management and sales team in that role Lakshmi holds an MBA degree in finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Mr. Sandip Santdasani is Associate Vice President – Investments – PMS & AIF, at ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd (IPAMC), and is part of the Fund Management team for Alternate Investments. He is a CFA Charter holder from The CFA Institute, USA and also holds a Master in Business Administration from MS University of Baroda, Vadodara. Sandip joined IPAMC in 2008 and since then he has successfully carried out various roles and responsibilities across Business Development, Product Development and Strategy in PMS & AIFs (Long Only and Long Short Funds). Additionally, she oversees the management of existing products across their lifecycle, from conceptualization to design, governance, and ongoing management. With over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, Sheetal possesses expertise in research, content creation, investment analysis, and advisory services. In her prior role as Director of Investment Product Research at Waterfield Advisors, she adeptly managed the research, ranking, and selection process for mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), and alternative investment funds (AIFs).

Tarun Sharma is a Senior Executive Vice President at 360 ONE Asset, earlier known as IIFL Asset Management. He has joined the Private Equity team as the Fund Manager for Consumer and Healthcare funds. Within his 20 years of experience in Principal Investing across India and internationally, Tarun has participated in numerous growth journeys with visionary entrepreneurs at firms such as New Enterprise Associates and Goldman Sachs.
