Portfolio Summary Services are intended solely for informational and analytical purposes and do not constitute investment advice, investment advisory services, financial planning, research analyst services or Portfolio Management Services.

'Portfolio Summary' means the report generated under the Portfolio Summary Services.

'CAS' means the Consolidated Account Statement obtained only upon the client's express request, consent and authorisation.

'Mutual Fund' means a mutual fund scheme established and regulated under applicable laws.

'PMS' means Portfolio Management Services.

'AIF' means Alternative Investment Fund.

'Analytics' include historical performance data, portfolio comparisons, benchmark comparisons, rankings, statistical ratios, charts, graphs, rolling returns, XIRR calculations, CAGR calculations, volatility measures, Sharpe Ratio, Sortino Ratio, Alpha, Beta, Standard Deviation, Information Ratio and other analytical outputs generated or displayed by the Portal.

3. About PMS Fintech Private Limited

PMS FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED operates a technology-enabled online platform providing information, data, analytics and educational content relating to Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

The Portal has been developed with the objective of assisting users in understanding investment products through the dissemination of historical information, analytical tools, portfolio analytics, statistical analysis, comparative information, educational resources and Portfolio Summary Services.

PMS FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED operates solely as an information, analytics and technology platform.

PMS FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED does not undertake any activity requiring registration with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) unless and until such registration is obtained.

4. About Myalternates Financial Services Private Limited (Myalternates)

MYALTERNATES FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED provides regulated distribution services strictly within the scope of the registrations, permissions and authorisations expressly disclosed on this Portal.

As of the Effective Date of this document, MYALTERNATES FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (MYALTERNATES):
